Meet our founder and primary consulant

Julie Holt, RN, BScN, MHM is the driving force behind Holt & Associates Global Health Consulting. With a background steeped in the public health sector, she brings a unique perspective to the world of global health consulting. More than just qualifications, she embodies a genuine enthusiasm for creating meaningful change.

Julie has worked clinically as a public health nurse in small rural health unit settings as well as large metropolitan cities, overseen large multi-jurisdictional infection control lapse investigations, upgrading of medical reprocessing and sterilization areas for multiple clinics, and managed public health program projects from grant submission to project execution.

Julie's graduate level research includes risk management frameworks and their application for the public health sector with McMaster University and statistical epidemiology techniques with UC Berkeley.
